2. Data we process and its origin
We process the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, WhatsApp or any other channel, as well as data of athletes sent to us by the players themselves or their legal representatives for evaluation or representation. Generally, this data may include: name and surname, contact details, sporting and professional information and, where applicable, the audiovisual material provided.
3. Purpose of processing
- To respond to the queries, requests and communications received.
- To evaluate sporting profiles and manage a possible representation or collaboration.
- To provide the advisory and representation services proper to the activity.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, the application of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, and compliance with the legal obligations that apply to the Controller.
Minors: where the athlete is a minor, the processing of their data requires the consent of their parents or legal guardians. No minors' data will be processed without such authorisation.
5. Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as the relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested, and thereafter for the legally required periods to address any liabilities.
6. Recipients
As a general rule, data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. Within the representation activity, and always for the purpose of managing opportunities for the athlete, certain data may be shared with clubs, sporting entities or federations, with prior notice to the data subject. The technology providers supporting the site (for example, the hosting provider) act as data processors in accordance with the applicable regulations.
7. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@nortesportsagency.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
The Controller adopts the appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
